Services for a Future Untouched
At Professional Waste Solution Inc., our mission is to spearhead a waste management revolution by offering comprehensive and sustainable solutions that cater to the evolving needs of businesses and communities.
Management Of IBC Tote Waste
Shred, Reuse And Recycle
Our capabilities encompass the efficient handling of IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) totes, a process involving reuse, shredding, and recycling. Our current operations enable us to effectively handle poly totes, allowing for their sanitization and subsequent reuse or, if necessary, shredding and recycling.
Totes designated for recycling undergo thorough sanitization and are meticulously sorted into their distinct components, namely metals and plastics. The plastics are subjected to shredding and then pelletized, while metals can be recycled locally in Guyana or exported for processing. Notably, the plastics are repurposed within our Thermal Desorption Unit (TDU), where they are incinerated to generate alternative fuel for the TDU. In instances where totes are decontaminated to our stringent internal standards, we maximize their utility by repurposing them for chemical storage and facility water storage, particularly for washing and cleaning activities. This underscores our commitment to sustainable practices and resource optimization. Additionally, all markings, identifiers, and signage are meticulously removed from these containers, ensuring a clean and efficient recycling and repurposing process.
- Organic-bearing waste from petroleum, petrochemical, ethylene processing and manufacturing practices.
- Organic-bearing liquids, sludges, and solids.
- Metal-bearing catalysts, including RCRA-listed (K171 and K172), characteristic and nonhazardous catalysts.
Waste 55 Gallon Barrel Compactor
Enhancing Waste Management Efficiency with the 55 Gallon Barrel Compactor
The 55 Gallon Barrel Compactor stands as a pivotal asset within Waste Management facilities and industrial contexts, prioritizing waste reduction. These machines possess the capability to compress large barrels and drums into smaller, more manageable units. By effectively reducing waste volume, this compaction process streamlines storage, transportation, and disposal procedures. The adoption of barrel compactors not only contributes to significant cost savings in Waste Management but also champions sustainable waste practices.
Barrel compactors exhibit versatility through a spectrum of sizes and configurations tailored to diverse needs. They cater to heavy-duty industrial demands as well as the requirements of smaller businesses and facilities. Irrespective of scale, all barrel compactors operate on the same fundamental principle: applying robust hydraulic pressure to compress waste. This approach accommodates various materials, encompassing plastics, metals, and other recyclable substances. Implementing a barrel compactor enables businesses to not only lessen their environmental footprint but also realize the advantages of economic benefits and heightened Waste Management efficiency.
100 Barrels Vacuum Truck
Enhancing Waste Transfer with the 100 Barrels Vacuum Truck
PWSI has introduced a strategic enhancement to its capabilities through the acquisition of two 100-barrel DOT certified hydraulic driven vacuum tankers. These tankers play a pivotal role in the secure conveyance of hydrocarbon-laden waste from customer facilities to our designated treatment site. To bolster safety during transfers, these Vacuum tankers are fitted with dry break valves, minimizing the potential for spillage. Additionally, each truck is equipped with spill response kits, ensuring swift and effective action in the event of any accidental spills.
Delving into the specifications of PWSI’s 100BBL Vacuum truck, its head is crafted from steel alloy number SA-516-70, while the shell is constructed from alloy number SA-36. The plating on both the head and shell is a robust 0.3125 inches thick. This truck boasts an exterior tank diameter of 72 inches and possesses an impressive capacity of 3,497 gallons. Designed to operate within a temperature range spanning from minus 20 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, it maintains a hydrostatic test pressure of 4.0 pounds per square inch.
Collection And Storage of Waste
500BBL Frac Tanks
The primary waste and chemical storage on site will be facilitated through the use of five hundred (500bbl) steel frac tanks. These tanks have been carefully selected to minimize the potential for containment breaches that might necessitate excavation or site remediation efforts. Their design ensures ease of inspection, repair, or replacement in case of non-compliance, thereby minimizing any facility downtime. This strategic choice not only allows for swift remediation in the case of facility closure but also addresses long-term legacy liability concerns for both the company and its clients.
Specifications
- Each tank measures 45' x 8' x 8', boasting sealed compartments with convenient manhole entry points.
- The tanks are manufactured by Steel Dragon Tanks and feature composite liners.
- Equipped with 8" discharge headers and suction capabilities.
- Each tank is fitted with 4" circulation connections for fluid transfers.
- Tanks are categorized to accommodate various fluid types for storage purposes.
- The tanks are designed with mobility in mind.
Thermal Desorption
20 Ton TDU Complete with 7 Ton Distillation Unit
Thermal Desorption Units (TDU) are now used in many industries to heat the contaminated material to a high enough temperature for a long enough time to dry it and vaporize the contaminants from it. The TDU is capable of processing OBM and WBM drill waste and with waste oil recovery and further disiliation to clean out and remove impurities. With PWSI Thermal Desorption Units, all contaminated material would be exposed to heat indirectly by contact with a slowly turning drum that is exposed to heat on the outer shell. Vaporized contaminants are separated from the solids in the sludge, resulting in a product that can be disposed of easily and cost-effectively.
Thermal desorption is a reclamation process followed to separate hydrocarbons from various types of materials. This process uses high heat to reclaim oil and other materials employing a non-contact and non-incineration technology.
TDU can treat and recycle several different waste streams, including:
Vessel Tank Cleaning Services
Liquid, Solids And Dry Bulk
Vessel tank cleaning services stand as an indispensable facet of industrial cleaning solutions, particularly for enterprises engaged in the transportation and storage of liquids, solids, and dry bulk materials. This specialized service plays a pivotal role in safeguarding product integrity, preventing contamination, and upholding both worker safety and environmental preservation. By meticulously removing residue and contaminants from these vessels, vessel tank cleaning services ensure the vessels are immaculately cleansed and primed for subsequent use.
PWSI’s tank cleaning services encompass a diverse array of cleaning methods and employ varied pumps and vacuum units to accommodate a spectrum of vessel types and materials.
